What are my responsibilities?
- Partner with our business leaders and employees to support our company to transform from a premium facility engineering company towards a global player in digitization of logistics processes
- Provide leadership and expertise to our entities outside of Germany for the full scope of HR functions including organizational design
- Coordinate and execute development measures (such as succession planning, coaching, talent selection, onboarding) for executives on a global level and for employees in Germany
- Provide support to all levels of management on the development and implementation of key strategies for creating and sustaining a high performing organization, including talent acquisition of key profiles
- Strategic application of performance management and pay planning for executive levels worldwide
- Ensure commitment to Human Resources policies on a global level
- Drive the internal HR change towards growing together as an international team, including implementation of common HR-tools and processes in line with the business’ needs
- Drive as well as challenge existing HR processes and tools
- Take and live the role of HR business partner for (global) Finance: Apply change management and organizational development strategies, influence and assist organizational change initiatives in support of finance business strategies
- Lead a team up to four people (based in Germany and abroad)
What do I need to qualify for the role?
- Master’s degree or equivalent in the field of Human Resources/Economy/Psychology
- HR generalist’s background: Minimum 8 years experience in the HR field (business partner, HR generalist role) with proven ability to drive change and deliver results
- First proven leadership experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in a multicultural environment and ability to work across countries with diverse leaders and cultures
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically
- Strong customer focus and business acumen, excellent project management skills
- High implementation orientation and hands-on mentality
- Mental ability to work in a fast paced, ever evolving environment
- Strong computer skills with an ability to quickly learn new IT tools
- Solid technical experience with HR management systems (preferably SAP) & MS Office
- Willingness and flexibility for business travels (worldwide)
