French & Dutch Customer Service Agent, Berlin
Your tasks
- You are the direct contact point for both our French and Dutch speaking customers who mainly reach us by e-mail but also by phone, fax and by post
- You look after our customers and respond to inquiries regarding our products, payment and at times also technical queries
- You translate texts for our French and Dutch websites, e.g. game rules, newsletters or surveys
- You are responsible for our French speaking Facebook customers. This includes requests regarding community, management and customer service
What we expect
- Very good both French and Dutch skills
- Good English and ideally German skills
- You are communicative and can assist our customers with a passion
- You are customer orientated
- You have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- A friendly and honest approach to our customers
- Confident on the telephone
- Preferably, work experience in customer service
