GLOSSYBOX is a product of Beauty Trend Holding GmbH and one of the most successful ventures of Rocket Internet GmbH, which has led a number of online companies such as eDarling, Zalando, and Groupon to lasting success.
Through innovative means, our business model brings high-class brands from the cosmetic and consumer goods industry together with beauty and lifestyle product customers and enthusiasts. Whether in the form of a single, exclusively arranged box or as a monthly subscription, our customers receive individually selected samples of high-end beauty and lifestyle products- from well-known luxury brands to secret newcomer labels - delivered directly to their door. Tasks
As part of our customer care team in Berlin you will:
- Handle customer requests via Facebook and other digital media, telephone and email in a timely and efficient manner.
- Advise and support our customers knowledgeably on more complicated inquiries when they arise.
- Use different tools and databases to manage customer interactions.
- Fulfill administrative tasks to ensure all customer information and feedback is captured.
Required Skills
- You must be a student or recent graduate and have ideally first experience in customer support or customer-facing activities.
- You possess any native language level (spoken and written) in French, Spanish or Dutch.
- You have excellent writing and communication skills and attention to details.
- You are able to work both independently and on a team with a strong desire to learn and apply new talents.
- You bring a high online affinity and advanced MS Office skills.
