Main Missions

• Support the Site Manager in HR issues in accordance with business objectives
• Supports the Talent Acquisition in recruiting activities and manages career related employee topics for the plants
• Capturing, Monitoring of time recording sheets and provision to billing department
• Ensuring working conditions in accordance with the Group's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Contacts to local employee representatives and collobartion with the Work Council.
• Implementation of HR rules and processes, including Employee Empowerment (EE) as part of our internal Excellence System (FES).
• Forward relevant HR information to the plant stakeholders
• Management and developement of team members
• Colloboration and management of third party Agency suppliers

Profile

• Completed study course, ideally with a specialisation in human resources management
• Profound experience in the field of human resources management in an industrial environment, ideally automotive
• Thorough knowledge of labour law
• Experience in dealing with HR information systems
• Agility to understand and adapt to Faurecia Organization
• Intercultural and open mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (Verbally & written)
• Entrepreneurial mind-set with a can do attiude
• Strong Leadership experience and communication skills, to be able to act and develop team members
