Main Missions
- Support the Site Manager in HR issues in accordance with business objectives
- Supports the Talent Acquisition in recruiting activities and manages career related employee topics for the plants
- Capturing, Monitoring of time recording sheets and provision to billing department
- Ensuring working conditions in accordance with the Group's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations.
- Contacts to local employee representatives and collobartion with the Work Council.
- Implementation of HR rules and processes, including Employee Empowerment (EE) as part of our internal Excellence System (FES).
- Forward relevant HR information to the plant stakeholders
- Management and developement of team members
- Colloboration and management of third party Agency suppliers
Profile
- Completed study course, ideally with a specialisation in human resources management
- Profound experience in the field of human resources management in an industrial environment, ideally automotive
- Thorough knowledge of labour law
- Experience in dealing with HR information systems
- Agility to understand and adapt to Faurecia Organization
- Intercultural and open mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (Verbally & written)
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with a can do attiude
- Strong Leadership experience and communication skills, to be able to act and develop team members
