Tasks
- Business Partnership: Actively contribute to executing business plans by translating organizational and business needs into relevant, strategic, and appropriate HR solutions.
- HR Policy Deployment & Follow-up: Deploy HR policies across your scope by leading collective HR actions and providing both individual employee and manager follow-up, ensuring compliance with national labor regulations and E&C standards.
- Performance Optimization: Support the optimization of business performance through targeted HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including change management and lean management.
- Talent & Reward Management: Partner with managers on organizational design, recruitment, resource planning, training policies, and Compensation & Benefits implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Employee Development & Relations: Support and encourage the professional development of all employees, manage complex HR situations, and ensure appropriate consequential management and disciplinary action when required.
- This job involves local travel.
Profile
- Experience Level: Proven track record with more than 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in Project and Change Management. Appetite for new technologies with a focus on data-driven decision-making and digital HR tools. Solid understanding of labor regulations and core HR processes. Ability to quickly grasp job skills, competencies, and industry knowledge.
- Language Skills: Advanced level of English is mandatory. Professional proficiency in French is required. Any other language skills will be considered a plus.
- Soft Skills: Proactive and hands-on mentality, committed, solution-oriented, flexible, and open-minded. Excellent customer service, communication, and client interaction skills.
