E-tail/Retail Account Manager (H/F/D), Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine
Main responsibilities
- Development, follow-up, and sales management of E-tailer based in France (Oscaro, Mister Auto, ebay…) direct or indirect sales
- Amazon EU account Key Account Manager support and back-up
- Negotiation and deployment of commercial agreements (with support of hierarchy)
- Prospection of new business opportunities (product portfolio expansion, geographical expansion, assortment optimization, new channel...)
- Manage and steer the pricing
- Systematically use of Bosch CRM for potential analysis, PoC management, opportunity management as well as including the minutes of the meetings (whether physical or virtual)
- Roll-out the local implementation of the international agreements when applicable
- Implementation of the Retail strategy defined together with hierarchy
- Respect of the financial frame of commercial agreements (bonuses and VAS)
- Competition monitoring
- Respect compliance rules
- Respect Internal processes and use Bosch sales Tools (commercial conditions, budget forecast and follow-up, market potential analysis)
- Business developer Key Performance Indicators: on time delivery of tasks, autonomy, creativity, application of processes and methods, networking, building customer trust
Secondary responsibilities:
- Co-Development and roll-out of innovative end-users’ approaches (merchandising, enduser e-cats…) with the other departments (BU’s, Channel Marketing, Communication dep.)
- Responsible for new business opportunity studies (E-tail, Retail, …)
- Organization of International Customer events
- Statistics and budget follow-up
Qualifications
Required Diplomas and skills:
- Sales/Marketing master’s degree and/or Engineering degree
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Proficiency with MS word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software and ability to use all new digital tools
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Fluent French and English mandatory (written and oral, easiness to present in front of Top managers, international customers, large audiences)
- Flexible, autonomous, collaborative, innovative, results and future oriented, high sense of responsibility, strategic thinking, positive and competitive attitude, team-work minded, international thinking, sense for anticipation
- Experience abroad required (studies and/or professional)
- Digital native
