Your Responsibilities

ITO Corporate Credit Control (ITO 3C) aims to ensure, within CIB 1st line of Defense and through an independent reporting line, proper implementation and monitoring of the Credit Risk decision taken by CIB on Corporates – through implementation and monitoring execution of the Target Global Control Plan applied on the entire Front to Back Credit Chain.

  • Guarantee the conformity of the authorizations put in place with the credit decisions made on Corporate entities:

    • Perform Conformity Controls over Legal Documentation to ensure that deals transacted correctly reflect the proposal approved by the Bank’s credit committee
    • Timely Alert on Exceptions of non-conformity to Credit Committee decisions and of indications of a deterioration of risk
  • Guarantee the management and integrity of risk data input into risk systems used in the control and reporting of corporate credit/ counterparty risk:

  • Ensure that credit/ counterparty risks taken by the Bank for Corporate entities are monitored correctly

  • Provide appropriate risk reporting

  • Perform analysis / monitoring of key internal credit risk elements i.e. Covenant Performance, Validity of Collateral, Status of Overdue items, Excess Management Process, etc.

Profile

  • You have a university degree in Finance or a related subject
  • You have several years of professional experience in banking or finance sector
  • You have a good understanding of Financing and Capital Markets products
  • Ideally, you already have experience with risk concepts and methodologies
  • Knowledge of credit processes, trade workflows and booking systems is preferable
  • You write and speak fluent English, German is preferable
