M&A Associate (m/w/d) at Corporate and Institutional Banking, Frankfurt

Tasks

• Directly in charge of the most complex analyses (Merger model, LBO, complex Business Plans)
• Taking responsibility for valuation and modelling
• Coaching and supervising analysts on basic modelling (multiples, DCF)
• Preparation of pitch presentations based on guidance of higher hierarchies
• Ensuring high quality standards and reliability of all marketing materials
• Interacting directly with clients and with other advisors at an appropriate level
• Guaranteeing compliance with the principle of protecting customer interests
• Contributing to recruitment and training of Analysts

Profile

• 3-4 years of M&A experience at investment banks or boutiques (in the role of M&A Analyst or equivalent)
• Appropriate academic background (BSc / MSc in Finance or similar)
• Profound knowledge in Corporate Finance Advisory, Financial & Performance analysis, Accounting and Valuation
• Strong decision making and organisational skills
• Detail orientated working style
• Full professional fluency in English
