Your tasks
- The CIO will take the lead in shaping and executing our IT strategy, ensuring that it aligns seamlessly with our business objectives and drives our innovation forward.
- You guide the on-going transformation of our IT landscape and applications and manage the Creos IT infrastructure while acting as a customer-centric service provider inside Creos and for the Group.
- Your ability to collaborate closely with various business teams will be key, as you translate business needs into practical, forward-thinking IT solutions while always maintaining governance and compliance standards.
- You will be responsible for designing and delivering clear, concise reporting on the activities and results of the IT department, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.
- You implement and optimize IT processes in a customer-orientated approach, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- You establish and control the department’s budget and ensure that purchases and external services are aligned with our overarching goals.
- You collaborate with the procurement team to optimize costs, manage service contracts and ensure that third-party providers meet agreed-upon SLAs/OLAs.
- You coach, motivate and empower the IT department to achieve excellence in everything they do
Your profile
- You hold a Master’s degree in IT or equivalent.
- You have a proven experience as CIO or in another managerial role
- As a dynamic and forward-thinking CIO, you are passionate about technology and business transformation, and keen on working in a fast-evolving environment.
- Your customer-centric mindset, you place a strong emphasis on collaboration, ensuring that your team works cohesively to meet the needs of the business and its stakeholders.
- You have a keen eye for details and a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
- You show highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
