The main missions

  • Define and Develop future process strategy for AQ, AP, CVE and JIT/JIS in coordination with Operations, Industrial, CPO, AFO, P-Line and support functions (FES, QSE, HSE, PC&L)
  • Perform Workshops for the definition of future process strategy, machine strategy and plant standardization
  • Manage specific projects to improve FCM performance in standardization management
  • Measure Standardization with KPI and track those
  • Tracking of global standardization status and improvement
  • Project Communication via different media (faur’us, newsletter, Intranet)
  • Ensure the regular update of Standardization documentation (White Book) and provide the updated versions of the White Book in the Intranet
  • Ensure compliance of greenfield plants with standardization strategy and improve brownfields (touchdown)
  • Train different organizations in standardization strategy (PL, AFO, Operations, Industrial)
  • Prepare and document standardization (Model Plant) Committee
  • Support Footprint strategy in terms of definitions linked to standardization
  • The length of the VIE is 24 months.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" />

Profile

  • Master’s degree in engineering or in business administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment or product development
  • Knowledge of industrial processes
  • Manufacturing Engineering knowledge
  • Project management knowledge in particularly in matrix organization (external)
  • English fluent
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Accountability and transparency
  • International mindset
