V.I.E. Project Leader for Methods & Tools Harmonization (f/m), Hamburg

Tasks

The jobholder leads a harmonization project within Infrastructure Integration Service:

• Management of the harmonization project
• Set up and organize the harmonization project
• Monitor and follow-up the progress
• Manage the project risks
• Lead the process reengineering
• Establish the agreed requirements with all the stakeholders
• Deliver the harmonization with the accurate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of progress
• Management of the processes
• Manage processes and services definition
• Develop improvement plans and drives their deployment
• Support improvement deployment (processes, methods, and/or tools) in INI
• Collaborates with other IT organization to identify and set-up innovative solutions that improve drastically IT performance and productivity
• Contribute to develop catalogue of services with associated methods and tools

Your skills

• Bachelor/Master Information Technology or Industrial Engineering, Economics
• First experience in project and process management
• Knowledge in IT standard such as Oracle, Unix, Windows, Network, J2EE, Portal
• English fluent is mandatory, German beginner
• CMMI knowledge (Capability Maturity Model Integration and ITIL Knowledge (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) appreciated
• Previous experience in working abroad appreciated
• Good communication skills
