V.I.E. HR Progrmme coordinator for progress, Munich

For EADS in Munich within the department Young Management Development Programmes we are looking for a VIE HR Programme Coordinator for PROGRESS (f/m).

Tasks

Your responsibilities in the context of the PROGRESS programme (Graduate and Entry Support Scheme of EADS) will include:

  • Co-design and organization of various training and HR development modules and measures
  • Support and control of the subcontracted recruitment of participants through the EADS Recruitment Center
  • Support of all relevant sourcing, selection and hiring steps (incl. participation to Assessment Centers)
  • Planning, support and organization of workshops and events (e.g. Mentoring)
  • Presence during almost all training modules (e.g. Villepreux, Toulouse, Munich) and possible participation as co-moderator if academic / professional background and first experience available
  • Presence during all PROGRESS steering committee boards (incl. elaboration of minutes)
  • Logistical support and advise of events organized by participants (e.g. Networking events etc.)
  • Handling and management of programme-related queries from divisional steering committee members and / or participant-side (e.g. normal request of information regarding programme, policy, budget query etc.)
  • Continuous support and improvement of all running modules
  • Completion of focused internet-research studies or empirical surveys among participants if necessary (e.g. mobility etc.)
  • Daily interface for participants
  • Managing and monitoring budget / invoicing process (incl. yearly OP planning)

Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

  • Master in HR, social sciences, psychology or economics
  • High customer orientation, team spirit and passion to work with people
  • Good communication skills and natural authority (e.g. feel comfortable giving advice to people of almost equal age)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to be precise (e.g. budget)
  • Hands-on mentality with the capacity to see the big picture (evaluate training efficiency, link to strategy etc.)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken form), French and German are a helpful plus
  • Master in current Microsoft applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Previous HR Marketing or Recruitment experience very helpful
  • Previous exposure in international work environment necessary
