Your challenges

• Maintain the catalog of hosting services by defining standards-aligned off-the-shelf solutions.
• Design new solutions to meet customer demands not covered by the catalog of hosting services. Integrate these solutions into the hosting service catalog and automations.
• Monitor the implementation and integration of new solutions until they are put into service.
• Ensure the availability, stability and performance of the solutions deployed according to the defined OLAs and SLAs.
• Inventory deployed solutions and update the CMDB of changes.
• Define how database hosting should be implemented to comply with vendor policies while minimizing software costs. Ensure compliance with defined rules.
• Perform capacity planning that ensures the ability to deliver standard infrastructure on demand.
• Identify outdated solutions in advance. Design, plan and implement obsolescence mitigation measures.
• Manage service providers in charge of deploying and operating database hosting solutions. Control the quality of their technical deliveries. Chair the technical committees held with these service providers.

Your profile

• 9+ years of professional experience
• Degree in information technology or comparable
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix operating systems as well as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL and other OpenSource databases
• Script development (PL/SQL, T-SQL, PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• You are fluent in French and English.
