YOUR TASKS

• Processing of customer inquiries
• Answer customer inquiries by telephone and email
• Make alternative offers to our customers and make cruise bookings
• Close contact with the customers, but also with different shipping companies
• Opportunity to bring your own ideas

YOUR PROFILE

• You studied tourism, business studies or something comparable
• Experience as travel consultant or/and in sales
• You speak/write fluently in French (native speaker)
• You are communicative and have a sound knowledge of the German or English language
• Late and weekend shifts are not an obstacle for you
• You work independently and responsibly
• You are interested in travel and tourism
