Mission

  • You oversee the implementation of business transformation projects and the execution of transformation strategy for the business line ensuring alignment with ConsorsFinance and PF goals.
  • You take care of the change management.
  • You are responsible for the cross-functional collaboration and alignment to secure the implementation of target solutions.
  • You collaborate with senior management and PF stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges and opportunities within transformation programs.
  • You ensure the transformation programs completion on time and within budget.
  • You define and track KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • You provide regular reporting on progress, results and areas for improvement in course of SteerCo, Transformation Committees and/or program progress meetings.
  • Your position belongs to the B2B job family in Grade 14.

Profile

  • At least bachelor’s degree (in finance, economics, business administration)
  • Expert (several years’ experience) in transformation, business process optimization, innovation management, preferably within the mobility financial services or automotive industry
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and large[1]scale transformation projects
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as openness to share the knowledge with team members and accept diverse opinions
  • Understanding of Banking environment and/ or consumer financing
  • Fluent English (due to international team)
  • Experience with agile methodologies and change management framework
  • German or French is a plus
