Mission
- You are responsible for the technical management/coordination of the global “e-supplier” team located in CZ, IN, US & MX and ensuring relevant know how is available across all team members which also includes creating documentation material as well as proving guidelines to the team
- As part of your role, you define processes or adapt existing processes with regards to the EDI supplier integration process as well as the Service Provider SupplyOn. In addition, you serve as the escalation layer in case of problems with the support/quality of support within the team.
- You are the EDI expert for complex error scenarios and ensure effective and lasting resolutions
- You act as third level support for Siemens internal tools such as the WebEDI platform “Web4BIS” or “Conreq”, further developing the tools with regards to functional changes and necessary updates
- You are an integration expert and define and implement solutions for the further digitalization of the Siemens Supply Chain, based on customer requirements
- You ensure ongoing knowledge transfer and information exchange with all Nearand Offshore teams (Germany, USA, Mexico, India, Czech Republic) by establishing a global information exchange, as well as organizing onsite trainings in Germany, Czech Republic
- You ensure the documentation of relevant setup, change and support processes and adapt these whenever necessary
- You identify weaknesses in processes and potentials for improvement as well as savings in your area of responsibility
- You serve as single point of contact for the CZ team lead and you take care of price/contractual negotiations, charging/controlling, recruiting/onboarding of new team members as well as performance ratings and (onsite) trainings
Profile
- You successfully completed your university degree in information technology or equivalent
- You have longterm relevant working experience
- EDI knowledge is required, such as EDIFACT
- You have know-how of supply chain processes and business process integration
- You are used to virtual collaboration or working with Near-Offshore teams
- Experience in coordinating international teams is a plus
- Your profile is completed by advanced English and German language skills
