The main missions

• Expert on electrochemical cell for our global Battery Pack activities
• Link technological behavior and value proposition / improvement
• Provide support and give credibility at OEM level and on our Battery Pack roadmaps
• Support the engineering team in our internal / external innovation, RFI, RFQ and program in development
• Animate a technology benchmark in Battery Cell domain
• Identify Short / Mid / Long term risks and opportunities
• Provide guide lines in our roadmaps and design tools in term of chemical / electrical / thermal behavior including ageing, reliability and runaway issues
• Launch and lead external academic advanced research and innovation program
• Propose breakthrough and improvement ideas

Profile

• PhD in the field of Battery Pack / Battery Cell domain (LI-ion…)
• Strong years experience in the Battery Pack industry
• Chemical / Electrical / Thermal competencies on Batter Cell Domain
• Practical experience in the automotive domain / Electrical vehicle Domain
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• Minium bilingual (English fluent, German and / or French fluent)
• Ability to lead a multicultural skilled team and work with academic external laboratories
• Ability to drive a complex technology topic / concept (system oriented)
