Your new responsibilities
- Define and roll out improvement initiatives supporting Regions Europe’s strategy and towards sustainable business impact
- Define the standard blue print for a top performing and future oriented Sales Organization and ensure the implementation, optimized to the local environment
- Increase customer experience by fostering “digital appearance” and behavior of Sales representatives, by identifying use cases, providing demos, documentation, apps testing and recommendation for mobile solutions
- Ensure best sales people are attracted and retained by rewarding high performers
- Update the Region Europe’s Sales Compensation Plan in line with the Strategy, the Siemens Sales Framework and learning from the field in close co-operation with internal stakeholders
- Establish standards where beneficial & enable customization where required
- Ensure Business Impact by supporting and tracking implementation, driving adoption rate and providing performance insights
- Governance for Sales Compensation Plan and Sales Organization Blueprint
Your skills and experience
- Degree in business engineering, economics, electrical engineering or similar education
- At least 5 years of experience managing international business excellence projects and programs, preferable in the field of sales in a multinational building technology corporation
- Knowledge of organization development, solution sales processes and sales compensation frameworks
- Process analysis and methodological skills is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in the use of mobile devices and business apps
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on different levels
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English. German and an additional European language would be a plus
- Travel activity 10 – 20%
