Sales Administration & Customer Service Associate, Standort Ratingen

Do you have a customer service oriented mindset? Are you flexible and can you quickly handle shifting priorities and tasks in a dynamic and international company? Are you fluent or a near native French speaker? If so, then this position might be a match!

Group Zannier Deutschland is looking for a Sales Administration & Customer Service Associate. Based in Ratingen near Düsseldorf, your main role will be to manage ordering processes and operations to deliver merchandises to our customers as well as all activities which result there off.

Main missions and responsibilities

Build excellent relationships with our Network customers (Key Accounts, Department Stores, Pure-players and Multi-Brand Stores) and provide them with fast, consistent and high quality support and service.

  • Manage and update Customer database (opening new accounts and ensuring the updates).
  • Process and handle inbound orders for stock deliveries (per email, telephone or EDI).
  • Monitor whole order progressing (checking and sending order confirmations to customers, through EDI if required).
  • Liaison between our warehouse and customer's warehouses.
  • Work with Logistics system and manage packing and shipments (through EDI if required). Monitor the complete order fulfillment delivery.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of customer specific agreements by respecting guidelines, sales conditions and business strategies. 
  • Manage invoicing and return process
  • Work closely with the financial, marketing and sales departments 
  • Organize seminars and new collections meetings
  • Provide reporting and statistics to Sales Directors
  • Monitor price calculations
  • Monitor new costumer contracts

Profile

  • Have intermediate vocational education, preferably logistics or business administration.
  • Have about 1-3 year of working experience within B2B customers, preferably within an international organization.
  • Fluent German/Mothertongue and excellent knowledge of English (speaking and writing), French is a plus
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office: mainly Excel (must), EDI messaging (preferably), Orliweb or SAP (preferably), Vendor Amazon (preferably).
  • Have a sense for business and knowledge in Customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be analytical and meticulous
  • Have an ability to prioritize upon urgencies and solving problems
  • An excellent personal organization
  • Be capable of working on one's own as well as in teamwork
  • Have a positive mindset
