Your tasks and responsibilities

The Project Planner is responsible to deliver a set of strategically aligned global project plans for key R&D projects and to support their execution together with Global Project Leaders and Regulatory Affairs Managers.
The incumbent delivers basic information in terms of timeline and costs (forecast and actuals) for key decision bodies such as PFC, SPC and annual Budget meetings to support decision making processes to maximize the R&D pipeline value in all businesses and technologies.

As the job holder, your major tasks will be to:

  • Deliver strategically aligned global project plans together with project teams and support their execution by active monitoring to alert on any deviations.

  • Prepare and share reports on projects timing, progress and costs (forecasts and actuals) to support economic evaluation and decision making.

  • Ensure consistency of data with other systems. Work closely together with Business Data Management team. Contribute to change management to further improve and clarify roles and responsibilities within processes and tools.

  • Communicate and deliver on planning-related information, cost analysis and processes to Head of Planning.

Who you are

  • You own a master degree in Science, Business or Agronomy, with at least 1 to 3 years’ experience in Crop Protection and/or Biotechnologies R&D, and/or 1 to 3 years’ experience in the area of Project Management/Project Planning.
  • You are able to establish and maintain timelines using current softwares (knowledge in Planisware Software appreciated) and to recognize, understand and assign priorities to work tasks.
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze large amounts of information and ability to propose solutions and solve problems as well as capability to work in a multicultural & cross-functional team environment are expected.
  • Effective communication skills including very good level in English (writing and speaking), ability to communicate ideas / concepts and to report / share information are mandatory.

Contract: Fixed-term contract
