Marketing & Sales Manager (m/f), Mereville

Missions

On global level:

• Develop and coordinate the marketing and portfolio strategy for the global SeedGrowth application technologies.
• Follow up the seed applied technology market (including crop enhancers), define the global strategy per crop, and develop the corresponding SGR Coatings business plan.
• Promote current and future SeedGrowth Coatings global portfolio.
• Contribute to the establishment and consolidation of the Seed Growth community including regions and countries.

On SeedGrowth Coatings level:

• Lead the marketing and sales team to achieve the sales objectives (External & Internal sales).
• Manage the budget expenses.
• Steer business agreements with customers and/or technology third party suppliers (With legal dept.).
• Drive project evaluation and define priorities for R&D.
• Define the marketing package for Film Coating products (registration, brand, patent, labels, documentation, communication and price).

Qualifications

• Agro / Agri Engineer Degree or MBA with Crop protection qualification.
• Good knowledge of Seed and Crop Protection Industries. International experience.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Good Communication skills.
• Good team-spirit.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Fluent in English and working knowledge of French.
• IT skills : Word, Excel, Power Point, Access.
