Description

Airbus Helicopters in Donauwoerth is looking for a Manager (m/f) Data Analytics / KPIs & Reporting (Logistikprozesse) within the area "Logistics Support Center” for the department “Performance Monitoring Logistics”.

Your Tasks

• Within the performance monitoring logistics department, you will be responsible for the procurement, analysis and processing of process-relevant data in the context of logistics with a strong link to IT tools (databases and SAP).

Your main activities will include:

• Contributing to the definition and further development of relevant KPIs/PIs
• Being responsible for, supporting and further developing relevant databases in the Logistics field.
• Preparing regular KPI reports and reviews
• Carrying out and processing On-Demand data analyses
• Supporting the business through the carrying out of detailed root cause analysis in case of deviation from target values.
• Analysing and finding improvement possibilities within the analysed logistics process flow
• Compétences requises

Profil

• University degree in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or a Technician/Master Technician or similar
• Experience in the Logistics environment
• Experience within Airbus would be a plus
• Experience with SAP (especially MM/SD)
• Basic knowledge of relational databases
• Good knowledge of MS ACCESS
• Basic knowledge of SQL and VBA
• Good knowledge of MS EXCEL/MS POWERPOINT
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Service-minded approach and problem/solution-oriented working methods
• Commitment to continuous improvement
• German and English: fluent/negotiation level
