The missions are

  • Business scope: Define, develop and enhance technical environments to run MII and related applications located centrally and in the sites – based on Windows and Linux OS
  • Ensure a good quality of service and documentation, work actively on improvements efficiency enhancements, industrialisation and quality checks
  • Collaborate among GIS and BG teams to deliver a corporate service
  • Ensure a good level of service for MII tech perimeter (Stratos tickets and Mosaic requests are managed) in close cooperation with MES run team
  • Actively plan and drive major projects and work in collaboration with the competence centers and external ressources including accurate planning and active follow up
  • Structure the projects within PDCA methodology, use appropriate tools, perform risk analysis
  • Manage QRCI and FMEA activities
  • Develop the international CC team members with specific competencies and skills
  • Manage on-site IT internal and external resources by setting short-term and professional tasks and mid term objectives.
  • Communication: Ensure good level of technical documentation, publish all relevant information on the relevant platforms (e.g. knowledge base, Faur'us)
  • Manage the relationships between CC, ITÒP (sites) and MES tech: communicate with CC, site IT teams and management/IT workgroups – communicate project activities, time line and business impact
  • Cooperate closely with MES tech operations/run team: project hand over, preparation of knowledge base and documentation, KPI tracking, continuous improvements
  • Ensure the application of Group standards and enhance/develop them for the respective domains, especially concerning hardware, software, Security policy, software licenses control, inventory, etc.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree with a specialisation in Information Technology
  • More than 3 years experience managing a team.
  • Diplomatic, good communication skills, ability to manage international projects and teams
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
  • Ability to travel (20% minimum)
