Tasks

• Inputting and controlling static data in accounting and settlement systems
• Preparing and arranging relevant bookings for external invoices and sending them to the clients
• Supporting user administration for various internal applications
• Handling of Investigations and E-Mail requests
• Performing daily Reconciliation for diverse accounts
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks and projects
• Assisting the team with client reporting task

Profile

• Currently studying business or a related field
• Experience in Securities Services is beneficial but not mandatory
• Proficiency in standard software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized and client focused working style, with excellent attention to details
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
• Fluent in German and English (C1 Level required)
