The Main Tasks

Deadline monitoring (probationary period, performance appraisals)
Creation of formal documents (report of probationary period, performance appraisals, wage modification….)
Employment Contracts creation
Applicant management (reception of CVs, pre-selection, communication with candidates...)
Data collection and evaluation with SAP R3
Support the onboarding process by organizing the onboarding reviews
Support the Student managements (Coordination of interviews, Contact for Questions…)
Support for the HR Generalists in daily business

Profile

Bachelor/Master's degree in Management, HR or Business Administration
First experience in HR
MS Office
Fluent in German and English
Autonomy, Open-mindedness, Commitment, Team Spirit
