The Main Tasks

• Deadline monitoring (probationary period, performance appraisals)
• Creation of formal documents (report of probationary period, performance appraisals, wage modification….)
• Employment Contracts creation
• Applicant management (reception of CVs, pre-selection, communication with candidates...)
• Data collection and evaluation with SAP R3
• Support the onboarding process by organizing the onboarding reviews
• Support the Student managements (Coordination of interviews, Contact for Questions…)
• Support for the HR Generalists in daily business

Profile

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Management, HR or Business Administration
• First experience in HR
• MS Office
• Fluent in German and English
• Autonomy, Open-mindedness, Commitment, Team Spirit
