Main tasks and responsibilities
HR & Administration:
- Serve as back-up for the Payroll Specialist and the European HR Director for main daily activities.
- Develop the recruitment procedure and ensure that all managers are trained and aligned to process interviews.
- Organize the recruitments from the advertisement to the organization of interviews and contract signature in close collaboration with managers.
- Manage temporary staff recruitment in close collaboration with managers, follow-up and invoicing.
- Be a force of proposals for the improvement of European and Global HR procedures.
- Participate actively in the improvement of well-being at all levels of the company.
Talent Development:
- Organize the onboarding week for new employees in collaboration with managers.
- Be the European point of contact for Captivate platform.
- Organize internal and external trainings including calendar setting, internal communication, registration follow-up, training evaluation.
- Budget and reporting of training and development courses.
- Initiate and support all managers in the Performance Development Appraisals process.
Profile
- Degree in Human Resources or related experience
- 3 4 years of progressive experience within the Human Resource field
- English & French German is a real asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills to prioritize work and efficiently react to change in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects and make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and foster a cooperative work environment across the organization.
- High sense of empathy and diplomacy.
- Team worker and team spirit.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
