Your Mission

• You are responsible for the DACH Logistics Team (7)
• You manage the logistics budget for DACH
• You animate logistics suppliers in DACH regarding: Safety, Quality, Cost, Service Level and Environment
• You are part of the European Logistics team and build close relationship with French factories on daily business and projects
• You support SC Strategy and transfer into logistics strategy
• You deal with internal auditors to ensure all policies are well followed
• You drive continuous improvement to ensure logistics operation efficiency and effectiveness
• Close collaboration to DWD Sales & Marketing team and adjusting Logistics processes to future needs

Your Profile

• Master degree in supply chain management, logistics or similar
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Logistics or Operations ideally in FMCG or logistics provider
• Experienced in managing and animating logistics suppliers
• Ability to lead and develop teams
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
• SAP knowledge
• Will to grow in multicultural environment
