Your Mission

• Leading our joint field force (Danone Dairy & Alpro) with combined reporting lines into the Commercial Director (Alpro) and the Head of Activation & Execution (Danone).
• Drive the Sales strategy beyond Field Force through taking an important role in the Sales/Commercial Leadership Team of both teams
• Be part of a Global extended Sales team
• Ensure the coordination, execution and development of the national field force in order to achieve the targeted sales objectives, to ensure brilliant execution at point of sale & develop the employees potential
• Shaping the business by proper resource planning and thoroughly using the knowledge of the local market
• Foster a strong cooperation between your direct team and internal key stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate the KPI results and build & maintain strong customer relationships

Your Profile

• Master degree or have gathered equivalent experience
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in FMCG business and in a Field Sales or Account Manager role
• Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination and people management skills
• You are fluent in German and English
