Your role

After training on our Milli-Q® water purification systems for laboratories in the fields of Research, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Cosmetics, Food & Beverage industries…, your role will be to support the sales organization and the deployment of the global product strategy on a daily basis.

Your key responsibilities will be to :

  • Provide daily support to sales teams on the existing product portfolio.
  • Actively participate in the deployment of the global product strategy.
  • Participate in the training plan set-up and support its execution.
  • Ensure alignment and effective collaboration between headquarter and regions.
  • Define, promote, and support the development of harmonized improvement practices.
  • Manage internal projects in close collaboration with marketing and field, focusing on optimizing and improving workflows and tools.
  • Master competition, market dynamics and technology trends.
  • Communicate information and updates to the field sales organization.

Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Life Science
  • Minimum 4+ years of working experience in Sales / Marketing / Technical support area, Experience in Milli-Q® Lab Water is a plus
  • Strong emotional intelligence and profound orientation towards the expectations of internal and external customers are a must
  • Ability to network and build strong relationships across the Commercial Area, Marketing, R&D and supporting business functions
  • Cross-functional influence skills, global team player and cultural awareness
  • Proactive, resourceful, pragmatic, and able to get things done in a timely manner
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of CRM Salesforce.com / ServiceMax would be an asset
