Missions

• Local execution of the global HR strategy in the country and Division
• Feedback the local HR needs and specifics of your perimeter to the global HR Leadership team
• Act as trusted partner to the senior management to understand business needs and shape the local HR activities in all its varieties
• Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
• Oversee all HR initiatives and systems
• Supervise the work of your HR team and provide guidance
• Serve as the point of contact for employment relations, the workers council and communicate with labor unions
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

Profile

• BSc / BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field
• Proven experience in a strategic HR role including team management responsibilities
• 10+ years of experience in the field of HR
• Excellent knowledge of local employment legislation and regulation
• Great understanding of the organization and processes in a global industrial set up
• Global and open mindset to drive change locally in an international environment
• Very good data analysis and reporting experience
