Grow through professional challenges

  • Ensure that the hub performs in an efficient, timely and accurate manner with a high quality of service in all duties concerning:

    • Contribution to the audit plan preparation and execution
    • Validation of audit recommendation closures
    • Maintenance of working relationship with auditees, their management and entities’ committees
    • Contribution to the process of Internal Audit reporting for the audit universe in scope
  • Coverage of audit related activities across the entire perimeter of the Internal Audit Hub CEE

  • Direct supervision of auditors, Business Line Commitees and Heads of Internal Audit, as specified in the Internal Audit Hub CEE organisational note, dealing with all respective regulatory issues

  • Ensuring the execution of all assignments in accordance with the audit plan

  • Performing the role of the Seconded Supervisor of all assignments taking place in his/her scope, unless this role is performed by another member of Hub Management team

  • Ensuring first level controls and validation of audit assignment deliverables, including proper and accurate data input into internal systems

Impress with your skills

  • Several years of professional experience in auditing and a background in banking
  • proven ability to conduct risk and control analysis
  • Results-oriented team player with effective analytical and communication skills who enjoys working in an international environment
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English, fluency in French and/or German or in a Central and/or Eastern European languages (Slavic, Hungarian, Romanian) will be an advantage, but not a must
  • Willingness to travel across Central and Eastern Europe
