C&Q Expert for Clean Systems (m/f/d), Leverkusen

Missions

• C&Q Expert (m/f/d) for Clean Systems (clean media, clean rooms, HVAC) in larger Pharma investment projects
• Conceptual and specialist support for the C&Q lead engineers responsible for the project in this area
• Responsibility for the development of the concepts in close cooperation with the C&Q lead engineer and the project team
• Technical advice and support for the cross-functional and cross-divisional work of the C&Q community at Bayer
  
• Cooperation with experts from the areas of project management, engineering and quality functions at local, divisional and global level
• Contribution of experiences (incl. "Lessons learned"), expertise, developments and trends in order to achieve continuous improvements
• Further development of solutions and standards at Bayer in the area of clean systems as well as support for implementation at the locations
  

Profile

• University degree (Master or Bachelor) in engineering sciences, natural sciences or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in investment projects, production and C&Q with a focus on Clean Systems
• A high level of professional competence and a clear strength in conceptual work
• Ability to solve complex tasks and to support several projects in parallel
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy working in a team but also assertiveness
• High mobility to manage the projects at the various German locations and in Europe
• Very good spoken and written German and English skills
