Branch Manager Poland Varsovie region (H/F)

Your mission

• You will be responsible for the management and development of the whole of the company’s Polish branch
  
• You will be in charge of the business development of the Polish market and will adapt the business strategy to the local markets.
• You will supervise acquiring new customers, as well as supporting already existing customers
• You will be in charge of all the branch’s departments: commercial, logistics, assembly workshops, customer service...
• You will be responsible for budget planning and management
• You will represent the company with the local authorities (tax administration, social security, etc..)

Your profile

• You speak perfect Polish AND English
• You have a minimum eduction level of Bac + 4, in Economics, Business or Management
• You have already had solid initial experience in the area of branch management
• You are an engineer or have high technical skills
• You have the ability to manage day to day operations, while developing a strategic acquisition dimension;
