Your tasks

  • You contribute to the design and implementation of new solutions. This includes new tools, reports, processes, and algorithms that improve billing and related topics
  • You monitor, analyse, and report on monthly billing activities using dedicated key performance indicators (KPI´s)
  • You ensure that relevant reports are developed and computed on time, within scope and budget
  • You ensure the definition and execution of testing-related activities (e.g. products, reports, processes etc.)
  • You participate in the improvement and automation of the validation process for all billing relevant parameters
  • You support quality assessment and assurance of billing
  • You develop adequate reports and perform internal controls on financial figures related to grid invoices
  • You prepare reports and presentations, by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends
  • You participate and ensure the execution of projects on billing-related topics
  • You provide support to the billing team as needed

Your profile

  • You hold a master’s degree in a related field
  • You have at least two years of relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Practical knowledge of agile and design thinking principles is considered an asset
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quick-learner and result-orientated person, with high ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities
  • Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German are mandatory; knowledge of Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage
