Encevo S.A. is the holding company that leads the Encevo Group. Encevo defines the group strategy as well as governance and ensures financing for all group entities with a view to guarantee the sustainable development of the whole group. Encevo also provides, through its skilled and experienced staff of over 160 employees, various support services to group entities, including finance, treasury management, accounting, legal, human resources, facility management, internal audit, risk management and insurance. The purpose thereof is to create synergies and increase overall efficiency and effectiveness throughout the group. Further, the role of Encevo is to position the group in relation to its stakeholders (employees, shareholders, government, customers, suppliers, investors, partners, media …).

Tasks

  • Team Leadership: You lead, organize and develop the Group Controlling team, allocate responsibilities, review key deliverables and develop their technical, analytical and business-partnering capabilities.
  • Group Performance Management: You manage and coordinate the Group performance management process, analysing financial and operational performance, challenging performance drivers, risks and opportunities, and providing decision-support insights to the Head of Group Controlling & Accounting.
  • Management Reporting: You lead and coordinate the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual Group management reporting, ensuring timely, accurate and decision-relevant information for review and validation.
  • Business Planning & Forecasting: You manage and coordinate the Group's annual budget, three-year Mid-Term Plan and forecasting processes.
  • Financial Analysis & Business Partnering: You analyse and challenge actual performance against budget, forecast and prior periods together with segment and entity controllers, identify root causes of deviations and support the definition and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • KPI & Reporting Governance: You develop and maintain Group-wide reporting standards, management KPIs, templates, planning guidelines and reporting calendars to ensure consistent and transparent performance measurement.
  • Group Controllers' Community: You coordinate and support the Group controllers' community, promote consistent controlling methodologies and facilitate effective cooperation and knowledge sharing.
  • Corporate Controlling: You ensure effective financial controlling of the Group and assigned corporate functions, including cost-centre controlling, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of financial performance.
  • Strategic Finance Support: You provide financial expertise and decision support for strategic Group initiatives, including investments, CAPEX reviews, M&A, due diligence, business cases and other ad-hoc financial analyses.
  • Controlling Systems, Data & Automation: You drive the continuous improvement of Controlling systems, BI solutions, data models and reporting processes, including automation, analytics and AI-enabled solutions in cooperation with IT and other Finance functions.

Profile

  • You have a master’s degree in finance/accountancy.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar function.
  • You have strong expertise in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear management insights.
  • You have experience in reviewing M&A business cases and financial models, critically assessing key assumptions, financial impacts, risks and value drivers to support investment decisions.
  • You have proven leadership and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate and challenge Finance teams across the Group.
  • You have strong knowledge of SAP and BI/reporting solutions and a strong interest in automation, data analytics and continuous process improvement.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English; French and German are considered an advantage.
