To support our French-speaking Customer Care team we are searching as of now for a
Junior Localization and Customer Care Agent for our French-speaking markets
As our new Junior Localization and Customer Care Agent you will interact directly with our Belgian, Canadian, French and Swiss customers.
- Answering every question regarding our websites in our French-speaking markets
- Working on individual user requests
- Consulting our customers via telephone and email
- Carrying out different actions and projects concerning the quality assurance
- Developing the French-speaking Customer Care department further
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally, you have already worked in a Customer Care department, a call center or you have completed an apprenticeship in a commercial area
- You enjoy being friendly and consultative to customers
- Your strength is communication and you have a high willingness to help
- You speak French at a native level and have very good English language skills
- You do not mind working occasionally on weekends and holidays
