Inside Sales Representative (French-speaking)

Your responsibilities

  • Acquiring 3-6 qualified meetings (with decision makers in a targeted account that has expressed interest in Automic solutions)
  • Generate 700k Euro of pipeline monthly
  • Providing sales support for the field sales team
  • Building prospect lists and executing follow-up processes on them
  • Qualifying prospects in accordance with sales process, determining project timeframe, key contacts and funding sources
  • Data entry of prospect and contact data in CRM database
  • Account blueprints
  • Providing feedback to management on effectiveness of outbound phone and email campaigns
  • Adhering to Automic's selling processes, practices and rules of engagement
  • Present and articulate Automic's product features, value propositions and benefits.
  • Effectively manage your lead pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success

Your skills

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years in telemarketing and/or inside sales role in some B2B technology related industry
  • Understanding of Social Media for business (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and of database entry and management
  • Experience with Hub Spot, Market preferred
  • Proven ability to understand IT related technologies in large organizations
  • Positive outlook with strong goal orientation against measurable objectives
  • Strong interest and understanding of new technologies
  • Ability to influence others and create compelling lines of reasoning
  • Very good time management, organizational and presentations skills
  • Good German, English and excellent French are required
  • Ability to work in a self-directed environment
  • Adaptable to a fast paced and changing environment
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
