Key Tasks

  • Strategic Support: Responsible for the planning, preparation and excellent & timely execution of strategic projects within the Cluster. Shares best practices with and from the regional community and performs risk management incl. anticipation of potential risks on timeframes, quality and cost of strategic projects, and executes required corrective actions.
  • Business Analytics & Insights: manages Business analytics process
  • ROI evaluation. Evaluates the main strategic initiatives and operational promotional activities from the economic & financial attractiveness point of view in order to increase the efficiency of these activities and add value to the Country/Cluster’s performance. Prepares customer’s development analysis, performance & profitability tracking and leads POS categorization process to ensure solid foundation for the divisional Trade Terms strategy in the Country.
  • Planning & forecasting process. contributes to a standardized planning & forecasting process, provides deep analytical insights to senior executives for the correct decision taking and setting the right future directions & targets for the entire team.
  • Leads and develops key strategic projects such as sustainability, to achieve implementation and execution.
  • Leads and develops external innovation projects such as M&As and in-licencing opportunities.
  • Provides a disciplined, standardized framework to support the achievement of sales & financial KPIs on all the levels.
  • Business performance measurement. Develops a system of KPIs, based on the local market data, aligned for sales force, marketing, trade marketing, and commercial departments, in order to measure the team’s performance and motivate for the targets achievement.
  • Participates in preparation of sales incentive scheme for the teams.
  • Controls, monitors and measures the business performance within t against the short- & long-term plans and interprets the organization’s operating results. Ensures the maximum transparency of the data to make sure the same type & content of the data is used in every layer of the organization.
  • Dashboard. Maintains & develops as dashboard reporting structure within the Cluster. Ensures that dashboard reporting is, created on the solid IT infrastructure to keep the business continuity & data safety,on the other hand, fully responds to the data requirements of the organization. Regularly checks with the organization for the updates & new needs for the reporting and make follow-ups on these needs, when required. Ensures, that dashboard reporting fully corresponds to the audit standards of the data transparency, correctness & availability for the users.
  • Net Revenue Management: Manages NRM process, ensuring maximum effect of the limited resources in terms of prices and pack architecture, best market learnings & insights and deep understanding of the competitive landscape. Sets the standards of NRM process, identifying opportunities to ensure profitable business growth across the Cluster. Builds NRM capabilities & best practices long term.
  • Customer Excellence, Sales Excellence & CRM: develops and recommends customer segmentation and targeting, develops deep insights to individual customers by combining different data sources to meaningful information in order to maximize sales effectiveness through individualized handling of the target groups, develops suitable instruments for controlling and measuring success in Sales (dashboards, KPIs) - lead the development of Customer Excellence agenda, defines and drives Customer Excellence & CRM concepts and frameworks.
  • Market Research: responsible for conduction of best-in-class and meaningful research studies (primary, secondary, real world evidence etc.) in response to specific strategic & operational questions or opportunities. Prepares research plans and economic analyses.
  • Team Leadership: leads and manages the Buisness development & Market Analytics and Insight Teams
  • Develops the right team spirit and culture within the department. Defines together with the team the department’s mission and vision. Makes sure the LIFE values and F2W principles are properly implemented in the daily work style of the team. Fosters employee’s engagement, proactivity, "can do" attitude, positive acceptance & drive of the changes and winning spirit with best in class
  • Creates an organization and communication flow in the region, to be able to realize maximum synergies, cross learnings, insights and efficiencies, taking into account the local market & organization peculiarities and best practices.
  • Responsible for the talent management of the department. Contributes to the professional development of the employees via feedback, mentoring, coaching etc. Identifies training needs and executes as per corporate processes. Participates in the annual Talent Review of the CH division, ensures the development of the successors for the managerial positions.
  • Controls hiring & recruitment process for the team. Knows the latest market trends and news regarding the expected employee’s competencies in the area of responsibility. Responsible for the talent selection, making sure only the best talents are joining the team.
  • Budgeting, forecasting and controlling headcount and cost of the team. Reports on the execution of the department headcount and budget to the line manager on a regular basis. Makes sure that all projects cost despite the direction are properly reported and not overspent.
  • Manages the department in an efficient way by setting the right KPIs and developing the tools for the proper KPI tracking. Promptly sets the goals and tasks in the Performance Management system and monitors the quality, efficiency and timeliness of the targets achievement. As a result, provides detailed and clear feedback, resulting in yearly evaluation as per corporate processes.
  • Develops local plan to achieve sustainability targets and assures local needs are addressed globally as well as global strategy will be implemented locally.

Qualifications

  • University degree in economics or business administration with professional qualification on strategic management or post-graduate degree (Master’s/Ph.D)
  • At least 10-15 years of relevant working experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Market Research and/or Sales preferably gained inHealthcare field incl. several years of people mmgt
  • Experience in advanced analytics, statistical methods and implementing costumer data concepts and strategies
  • Strong knowledge of consumer market & high overall business acumen
  • Strong in building and leading effective Teams
  • Clear strategic mindset seeing ahead future Trends and translating them into strategies
  • Distinct analytical skills and strong in managing complexity
  • Strong in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights
  • and business recommendations
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
