Your Challenge

• You actively support our team in the transfer of master data (e.g. sub-process owner, tester and control owner) into the SAP-based ICS software (GRC/Process Control) and assign authorizations based on a standardized application
• Furthermore, you will initiate and follow up on the execution of workflows in the ICS software on the basis of a software manual
• Also the support on technical issues related to the use of the ICS software and help of our EMEA subsidiaries with the processing of workflows are part of your diverse tasks
• Of course, you will also be responsible for creating reports and preparing them for various recipients

Your Competence

• Current full-time studies in economics, business administration, IT or similar
• First experience in the audit environment welcome
• Very good written and spoken English, German language skills an advantage
• Further language skills are an advantage (e.g. Russian, French)
• Enjoy technical challenges of a recently implemented SAP-based tool
• Good command of editing techniques of SAP downloads in Excel
• Fun in the creation of PowerPoint presentations
