What part will you play?

• You help our team to support our customers in the area of our new digital offerings.
• Guide our customers in the complex register process, for example the correct sign up process
• Show us your excellent speaking skills on the phone with our customers

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

• In IT technology and MS Office tools nobody can compete with you
• You like to support others and to communicate with customers and colleagues
• Of course, you have the ability to communicate in a professional way by e-mail & phone
• English – no problem for you and maybe Spanish or French. German is desired but of lower importance.
