Missions

As part of the Global Recruitment and HR branding team, you will:

• Support the Regional recruitment team
• Participate in global HR projects
• Design and develop material to enhance HR branding both internally and externally

Recruitment:

• Support with recruitment administration: job descriptions, job posting publications, calendar management, candidate liaison
• Manage the summer student job campaign in France
• Conduct research to carry out market mappings
• Take ownership of the internal opportunities publication

HR projects:

• Participate in the development and design of new recruitment tools and best practices
• Participate in Global work groups
• Support with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly reporting

HR branding:

• Design and develop marketing materials to communicate internally and externally

Profile

• Currently studying business administration, economics, or psychology.
• Interest in Recruitment, HR branding and employee engagement.
• Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English. French would be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy,
• Well organized, self-starter, team player,
• Flexible, ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines, takes initiative, work in teams, project management skills, willingness to go “the extra-mile”.
