Missions

Technical perimeter:

• Maintain and ensure the support of the Windows 2003/2008/2012 platforms
• Install and configure new servers following Faurecia’s prerequisites
• Ensure that servers are under control and well supported (monitoring, backup, documentation, team training …)
• Put in place reports regarding used/available resources to anticipate issues
• Maintain and ensure the support of our Exchange platforms
• Respect/apply Faurecia’s strategy regarding installation/configuration
• Ensure that Exchange servers are under control and well managed (monitoring, backup, …)
• Ensure the support of the platform and put in place pro-active actions to deliver 24/7 service to our customers
• Maintain and ensure the support of our SQL platforms
• Respect/apply Faurecia’s strategy regarding installation/configuration
• Ensure that SQL servers are under control and well managed (monitoring, backup, …)
• Ensure the support of the platform and put in place pro-active actions to deliver 24/7 service to our customers

Maintain documentation up to date
Business Continuity to deliver and improve the service to our customers:

• Ensure that all systems located in the datacenters are under control/managed/well supported to provide services for applications.
• Ensure that the DRP infrastructure is aligned to the production environements.
• Ensure a good quality of documentation
• Collaborate among IT teams to deliver a corporate service to our customers.
• Ensure a good level of service for our perimeter
• Perform on-call duty and rotation into the Operations team ( (6pm 8am)

Project management for a better anticipation:

• Structure the operations and projects within PDCA, risk analysis and fail back plan.
• Actively participate to major projects and work in collaboration with the competence centers.
• Work on planned weekends maintenance, as needed

Profile

• Education level: Bachelor Degree in Information Technologies
• 5 years of working experience minimum
• High systems technical skills
• Windows servers 2003/2008/2012
• MS Exchange 2010,VmWare, Hyper-V,Power Shell, Citrix
• Project and process management
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Able to travel in Europe, USA/Mexico (10-15% of working time)
• Excellent trouble shooting abilities
