Your new responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and structuring of the global Service Portfolio
• Manage requests or issues related to the portfolio web portal
• Compile and execute periodic performance reports
• Help to organise meetings
• Support project management and take over subprojects

Your skills and experience

• Current student or recent graduate in business administration, marketing or communications (at least four semesters)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication skills combined with effective project management ability
• Structured, careful and independent way of working
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Able to start as soon as possible, or as per agreement, for at least one year
