The missions

• Creating, maintaining and controlling the development plan, in order to ensure efficiency within the development area
• Organization, controlling and evaluation of all development actions in order to ensure effectiveness
• Be the first point of contact for all external suppliers it is in your responsibility that all services and trainings meet the training needs of the company and the employees
• Be the point of contact for development and controlling of all internal development programs for our internal training universities (Faurecia University, Engineering Academy)
• Organization and facilitation of workshops if necessary
• Ensure that all legal requirements are fulfilled
• This VIE mission will start in January 2018 and will last 24 months.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources
• 2 years of experience in a similar HR function within a matrix organization
• Experience in project based work is a plus
• Fluent in English, very good communication skills in German (verbal and written)
• International mindset
