The main missions

• Attract and recruit young graduated talents (VIE) as a part of the Division Reinforcement program
• Create a young graduate network within the Division
• Deployment of the annual performance appraisal process, inform and support managers and employees, monitor the process, make analyses
  
• Support the people review and succession planning processes
• Support our plants by implementing standardized group processes
• Work with the HR Management Systems, update and analyze data The mission will last 12 months but could be renewable 12 additional months.

Profile

• Master's degree student in Business / Human Resources
• Strong communication, organizing and planning skills
