Your main missions

• Manage small projects to continuously improve the new GBS HR SSC structure for payroll and administration
• Follow up of project activities
• Development of concepts and presentations for the HR SSC transformation
• Benchmarking of HR SSC organizations
• Coordinate and consolidate the global monthly reporting (GBS dashboard)

Profile

• Master’s degree in business administration or social sciences / Human Resources
• Fluent in English and German
• Project management skills
• Affinity for IT systems (HRIS)
• Proficiency in MS excel and powerpoint
• International mindset
