Your role and responsibilities
- Maintain and improve production process to achieve Safety, Cost, Quality and Quantity targets.
- Maintain and improve line efficiency and quality standard of production line.
- Build, monitor and control standards operating conditions in accordance with company's standards.
- Improve process to increase efficiency and productivities.
- Train the Faurecia Excellence System and 7 wastes standard to the team in order to improve the processes.
- Develop the interlocking in production process (POKAYOKE), production capacity planning, process layout, shop floor space calculation, machine capacity planning based on production planning, material handling in process, process cycle time, and machine planning.
- Lead technical training to establish new processes.
- Develop and procure manufacturing equipment for new products and new processes jointly with the leadplants and central functions.
- Lead the decision on equipment design and make strong contributions to sourcing decisions based on quality, cost, ergonomics, and lean manufacturing approach to define specifications and release criteria.
- Manage Engineering change on Product or Process to ensure smooth change without any impact to customer.
The mission will last 12 months.
Who are you?
- Studying of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable with study contents module quality management
- Knowledge in Office Package and lean management (from benefit)
- High readiness of application, self-initiative as well as creativity
- Very Good English and German knowledge
