The main missions

• Perform process related tests for forming applications like bending, high hole expansion etc.
• Characterize mechanical materials and chemical analysis (tensile testing, optical spectroscopy etc.)
• Investigate metallic materials with metallographic methods by light microscopes
• Derive Material data for process simulation with material testing methodology using by optical strain measurement systems
• Apply Faurecia metal material policies and guidelines (Material Approval Process, Testing and Documentation guideline, etc).
• Create Standard testing methodology for process testing
• Optimize and validate physical testing procedures by FEA (Finit Element Analysis) methodology

Profile

• Master degree in Material Science or Material Engineering
• Experience in material testing methodology for metals
• Knowledge of steel production process chain
• Knowledge in forming, heat treatment and joining technologies used in automotive industry is a plus
• Knowledge in FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
